Ok how bout these. The little Scholatic brochures that your teacher would hand everybody. Then going home and begging Mom to buy some books( captain underpants)

Then when the shipment came in the teacher would call you up and give you a stack of things in plastic and kids would be mad jealous




Also there was always a mad rush to get to the RIF book fair first so you could get the best stuff

My momma never let me get nothing good from these. It was always some educational crap 

 

Remember one year I spent some of my own money on captain underpants and the first Harry Potter book and she was UPSET
