1. raised by mother and father who are still together  ( no baby mommas and baby daddies in the fam ,but some female cousins on my mom side that are trashy got knocked up by some knuckleheads )
2. no kids 
3. make 116k a year at a company thats never going out of business and i get an annual increase in salary by atleast 12k  year 
4. dont have more than a traffic ticket to my name
5. in shape ( father was a professinal bodybuilder so good genes)
6. own property in 3 diffrent states
7. own 6 cars paid off ( yep a bit childish but they aint no broke down box chevy's all are 2006 and up)
8. only 28  
9. no tats ( even though nothings wrong with that )
10. also am friends with alot of professinal athletes and celebrities in the atl area ( thats no humble brag but im able to see alot of things behind the scenes most people dont which is viable information to say the least )

I have a HS diploma and make 80k. I still have an issue with how these women think they don't have to cook or clean, hire a daycare to watch their child and complain about not being able to find a good man.

thats what im saying i was with this bad broad in san antonio thats said she was a pharm student googled her number and saw she was posted on backpage about a 2 weeks earlier lol. my peeps give me hell for not looking at joseline, draya, and them other industry jumps the same; hell in atl ive had to choosing of women that put most of people dreams to shame but they aint take home material. its sad that we judge people for thier past and current situations but that just life. I aint wifing up no changed woman with no checkered past along with no woman that makes a third of what i do that think they greiselda blanco either.these broads got standards as well as i and alot of them aint making the cut , thats not saying i wont bump into a down to earth woman that bags groceries for a living and fall in love or nothing like that its just nowadays alot of black women feel entitled to a certain lifestyle that they cant provide themselves and never had before.

Obviously I get that but you can't no chick unless they want to give you that opportunity. That's what I mean by chicks choosing us. I agree with what your saying but if you talk to 10,20, etc and none of them are responsive it don't matter. That's what I mean and we all know it might be realistic but we all know or at I think we know what we can and can't get. I say that cause if it was like that ugly chicks would be left out in the cold even if just for sex cause you'd be deep in the bad chicks. You don't agree?

i can agree with that if your between the ages of 13-24 when chicks are simple minded like that but most people in general respect honesty and timing and confidence is everything a chick might say no to you at 1pm but say ok and be more cooperative at around 4pm. its alot of factors that go onto that and always dont overanalyze a no more than likley it wasn't you it was how you presented yourself. There's always somebody we know that has broad thats a level above them they didnt dwell on those no's they got before her they stepped they game up and on to the next

The numbers show black women are taking advantage of opportunities and black men aren't. Colleges SALIVATE when they see a black male applicant with solid numbers because it's so rare. bruh catch up on tariq dude is an author , actually gives lectures that sell out for the most part, and is pretty succesful without a college degree. behind his corny humor he has good advice fro men dating and are teaching men to be men in this day in age when most dudes grew up without a father because i grew up with a dad and he saying the same thing my father said while i was growing up but more in depth since he does it for a living .Also a college degree dont even matter in terms of success but most people i know that are succesful or made it went and didnt finish, high school and nothing else, or dropped out of school. But that was never ever a problem until recently. Of course we can't just walk around like its a grocery store picking out anything we want but for every good man there's at least 5 good women.

But it's gettin harder in harder to find those women because the women on social media are stealing the show. ****** rather pm a chick taking *** shots then spark up a convo with a regular women in the grocery store or had station.

Women just want attention. If we give all these birds our attention then more girls will flock with the birds.
