^Hype? Em is the biggest music star this decade and can appeal to the biggest audience of any musician. He's doing anywhere between a mil and 1.5 the 1stweek.

I guess i don't frequent music as much as other places but I rarely ever see Em get love on here. People never mention him when they talkabout tops in the game. Most I see is about his wasted talent and doing songs like Just Lose It.

ur trippin ems first 3 were classic ...man even the stuff that em spit on the re up was fire things that make a classic recored 1 lyrical content 2 good storytelling 3 good beats 4 a sound like no other and all 3 of ems first cds are all of those things above

As a closet em stan I cannot wait. I will agree for many years em could do no wrong, but when his tracks pop up on my ipod on random I often skip over themnow. If he comes with some SSLP or MMLP type tracks this could be a great moment in music. I'm pulling for him to come through, but as someone saidearlier, he has a lot to prove.

i know right. i got hip hop stations jockin' this song from power 106 in LA to 94.9 WILD in SF. hopefully em will release great music though.he's so popular that anything he releases will do well. it should be beyond sales for him now b/c he's guaranteed 4-5 mil of a normal regular releasedalbum,

So Hov raps about something? The only major rapper I can think of that actually raps about "something" is Nasir.

Hov actually does rap about something, To say that nas is the only rapper rapping about something is crazy. Listen to American Gangster And Blueprint. For Em Listen To The Eminem Show And The Marshall Mathers LP.

You really Hov is an entertainer, AG is rapped off the basis of a movie, and let me know what Hov raps about? Selling drugs? Women? Being fly? The occasionalmotivational rap song doesn't do much for me. Not saying I don't like Hov, but he isn't on the terms of rapping about actual life. Eminem Show wasa great album, and rapped about his times being. Saying MMLP doesn't have substance is mind blowing. Tell me a Hov album that ranks on the actual substancevalue as SSLP, and tell me Infinite is CLASSIC.

I wouldn't go to say Encore was embarrassing, it just wasn't what we were use to coming from Em. Its still an enjoyable album. I hope he goes back tohis SSLP/Infinite ways, speed up the pace of the tracks, and use his slick remarks.

Go to any College campus with white kids. Seriously. Every dorm literally has atleast 1 person with his entire Cd collection. Remember, suburbia buysrecords. Eminem is still big amongst white kids. Whether you believe it or not, dude is going to easily outsell Wayne. He'll sell 3 million records inhalf the time it took Wayne to sell his 3 mill. Once his first single drops it's over. You think MTV promotes Wayne now, wait till Eminem comes out. Hell watch them bring back TRL Live once Eminime is back.
