original monster is amazing. But energy drinks do nothing for me, I used to drink a few a day at times. I even drank the monster BFC before and nothing

I don't drink that stuff anymore though, its bad. Wish they made original monster without the energy stuff, I love the taste.

I stopped drinking energy drinks after it did a number on my kidneys. I just drink plenty of water. If I work out, I'll have gatorade or powerade. But for the most part, it's water.

Put this in a water bottle, shake it up and drink.  I take it before working out/swimming/boxing.  I use to have mad leg cramps after about 500 meters of swimming and this helped out a lot.
