im talkin about ya took a trip juss because u wanted to get away from the bs???

How far we talkin??? Ive taken plenty of trips to the beach by myself but its 20 min from my house...

I wouldnt recommend it. Unless youre extremely tired of EVERYONE around you, theres no reason to do it.
Even if you are looking for peace and tranquility, NY and Cali are not the places to find that.

Cali!?!?!? why so far ?? If you in Miami go to Atlanta...Its plenty of things to do by yourself down there..

If you just want a change of scenery, that's something different.

Maybe socal but if you want to get away, take a trip to the bay/norcal. So many great things to do by yourself.

No but I can understand, if I'm ever stressed out or just wanna chill and think I go hoop at a park or gym I know is empty. I could see myself going awayalone but not in the states...probably somewhere tropical at a resort and just chill for a week or so. If anything meet new people there

just one to Southbeach/the local popular strip one day by yourself, kick it on the beach for a couple of hours, jet skis or something

no need to bust the credit; NT is melodramatic

I speak from experience. I went to PR with my girl last summer and after my boy saw the good time we had together he planned a similar trip to PR with someshorty he was talking to.
Long story short, she dissed him at the last minute and said even though she would still be traveling she didnt really plan on seeing him like that anymore, instead she would be staying with her family in PR while she is down there.

I told dude not to go, to pay the fee and save the trip for another day. He went anyways, needless to say he said even though it was a nice change of pace heultimately had a horrible time and feels like he wasted a trip.

If you go to some peaceful place like some cabin or something then going alone can be understandable.
Going to major cities alone like what you just stated is not really worth it, IMO.

thats exactly what i was thinkin never been to the west cost......

I've done it before, but it was a short trip and I flew to Arizona for a concert. The concert was crazy, but kinda wish i went with someone. It's alsoboring in the hotel.

go for it....i took a solo trip in february and i havent been back...i came out to cali to visit and now i'm here...

if there's something you want to do, go for it..you only live once.

i tried doing something on my own, i think sharing the experience is what makes travelling great.. so needless to say it didn't work out for me.

There was a time when I did alot of things alone...it feels good to get away from all the crap.

If things are too hectic, just do relaxing things away from the neighborhood. You don't necessarily need to travel 5 states to find peace away from home.

The only place I go solo is to the bathroom.

Its safe to say nobody would follow me there.

I am thinking of taking a 7 day trip to Egypt by myself this fall.

I want to see the pyramids, take a boat down the nile, and just be in my zone for a week.

I think I am going to do it.
