Rewatching that battle between Lewis and Fernando...

 

Great battle between the two. Like the engineer said hard but fair clean racing.

Not to take anything away from the drive but everyone seems to forget who won the race and how Max made a mistake trying to catch Hamilton who didn't put a foot wrong.
Lewis had the most pace, but yea, Max pretty much schooled everyone else.

 

This is heating up a lot
Renault are so angry they're considering withholding engines apparently but Red Bull can pull Sainz if they want.

Toro Rosso better get used to this next year with Honda and only 3 power units.

So anyway... sure, Lewis had a great fightback, while Seb pounced and was in control, but how about Fernando?! Especially with his speed-deficit!
Really, this is an astonishing stat.

I have no clue, I'll have to take a closer look at it. It's on display down in the McLaren showroom and I work up in the service area, so we're located on opposite ends.

there's also an F1 MP4 chassis down there, from the late 90's/early 00's, has the black/silver livery but no West sponsorship on the side pods
