FOOD THREAD VOL. GRUB LIFE

The thought of caribbean food had me salivating.
Jerk pork, oxtail and a side of coco bread because 2 small scoops of rice wasn't going to be enough.

no i meant the reason why he got fired

edit:

"During his short tenure with Trader Joe's, this Crew Member's suggestions were listened to, and appropriately addressed," Friend-Daniel said. "Store leadership terminated this Crew Member's employment because of the disrespect he showed toward our customers. We have never, and would never, terminate a Crew Member's employment for raising safety concerns."

Morning Sandwich from FD Book Cafe in Gaithersburg, Maryland

2 egg spinach scallion omelet, turkey sausage, mozzarella cheese and organic salsa in a waffle

The light sweetness of the waffle definitely adds something different to the sandwich and I enjoyed it. For $13.99 though, it is on the expensive side to get regularly, so this would be a "treat" breakfast sandwich every now and then.

To me, TJs is for folks that like to smoke that :nthat:
They excel in the snack/frozen foods.
And especially the alcohol area.
2 buck Chuck!
 >D
Their signature line of rum and vodka is good for the price.
But their produce And meat selections are not that great.

Wife had got some kind of sweet potato hash thing from TJ which was fire. I think it was seasonal unfortunately.

Frozen tiki masala is really good but portion is small. Orange chickens are always a must.

I've still never actually been to one myself though
