Making a weird Sicilian pasta dish tonight with cauliflower, golden raisins, pine nuts, shallots, saffron water, and anchovy paste amongst other things.

I’d never heard of this before I looked it up. What I’m making is definitely more veg-forward where the anchovy paste is only there in the background for some umami and some salinity, but color me intrigued by that.

I was in Cardiff, Wales recently and they have a large pedestrianised town centre. On a Saturday night it’s a wild place - roaming packs of bachelorette parties and things like that.

Diablo sucks, it doesn’t have the signature Taco Bell flavor profile. It’s best to use Fire sauce along with your own favorite bottled hot sauce.
