Finally made avocado smoothie. This thing is crack!
Rice was a success hardly had any grains left in the pot. I used coconut oil instead of fresh coconut milk this time around. My kids loved the semi crunchy bottom portion of the rice. Back home in the Dominican supermarkets they sold this type of rice as a snack.
