Most foreigners are dumb and don't know how to raise a child correctly

What a moronic statement. Your parents put clothes on your back, a roof over your head, food on the table, and a high speed internet connection to browse NT in front of you. A lot of parents leave their kids to fend for themselves; be grateful.

Just because something is a cultural norm in America doesn't mean it's right. Your parents care and just want what's best for you as they know it.

It is a struggle for the children of immigrants, especially when your parents come from an extremely different culture like Bangladesh.

You just gotta find kids (probably older kids) who grew up in the same situation, ask them for advice, find a mentor and figure out how they dealt with it.

Maybe if they see you hanging out with other Bangladeshi kids, they'll feel more comfortable allowing you to explore American culture because there's a certain comfort level like "oh our son is with people we trust."

Sometimes it's unfortunate that it has to be that way, but the key is to be effective and live life how you want...while still accepting what you can't change. Other kids out there still got it way worse.

I think you might be right.. too bad there aint no bengali kids around. Plus i dont even look bengali - which makes it ALOT harder to get around. I just wish some things would change, cuz i dont think they trust me. even when im a phone call away they gotta have me indoors or some $#%!, they think its too dangerous out there. And they gotta know every single person i interact with. they hear the word "Friend" and then its 1 trillion questions... its gotten alot better after i started working and making money tho
