if you're the seller of the shoe, you don't have to pay shipping to goat. they email you a prepaid shipping label.
So glad GOAT is finally having seller to ship out using UPS. Turnaround time from I drop off the package until I get paid is 2 days at the most.
^ it’s always been ups for me. What did you use before?
@dragicon They had me to use USPS in the past. They lost 2 of my packages, and it took 2-3 days more to deliver even within Cali. Sucks big time. Besides, I hate standing in line to drop off the packages just to get the receipt.
Still USPS for me.
Nothing but issues with them too. Packages rerouting to Hawaii and Puerto Rico, and taking over a week to get to NJ. Delivery attempts on Saturdays and even later in the afternoon during the week that can’t be completed. It’s gotten to the point that I won’t ship on Thursdays b/c I know it’ll arrive on Saturday and won’t be be able to be delivered, which usually means I’ll get paid Tuesday.
Definite first world problems, but still annoying.
Anyone ever experienced a delay in receiving a shipping label from GOAT? Sold a pair yesterday and I still didn’t get one yet.
Migjt have to email them, had that happen once. Usually instant, one time I didn’t get it, contacted them and they sent it right over
Did you “generate it” through the app?
I did generate it. It even changed to "Dropped off" but I didn't receive it. They responded and gave me the link again.
looks like my SBB 2.0 got lost on its way from Goat smh how will the resolve this?
your done if they cant file with the carrier. My blue chills went missing on the way to Stock x and i took the loss and paid 15% never again
How did you take a loss? Did the tracking not show it was scanned in? You didn’t have a drop off receipt?
I haven’t seen anyone get screwed with missing package yet from either company especially goat which it has happened to a few members in here both sending and receiving and they’ve gotten paid out as long as you have proof you dropped it off if for some reason there is no scans on the package
Wow, UPS scanned and then lost the package and they still blamed you.
How is that even possible?
If it’s showing picked up and in transit how can he even be responsible or enough to get denied
Yea the only way you take the L is if you didnt get the packages scanned, otherwise they take the L and you will still get paid out.
package was scanned but when it came to stock x it was only the packing slip and packing material
shoes werent there. i didnt have video proof that shows were dropped off. so along the way the package was opened and shoes were taken some where between Dallas and Tempe AZ. that was my first and last time using stock x. never had that problem with goat.
Didn’t you have the receipt with the weight of the package when you dropped it off?
Yes and I after stock x gave me the run around I tried to file myself with UPS and couldn’t since I was the payee or actual sender
Somethings not adding up
Did the package have scans?
They should be filing a claim on your behalf
Goat filed for me and gave me my money from the sale when UPS lost my shoes on the way to them.
Im the buyer it was a worn pair, I see shipping notification from Goat but the app say refunded. Wonder if this is a DS pair
Im thinking it made it to stock X and someone stoled the shoes because there isnt any way someone would accept a package that feels too light. ive also filed a complaint with the BBB and there looking into this case as well. ive submitted the drop off receipt to them and my communication emails about this issue with stock x to them .
If you have the receipt with actual weight of the package, stockX should 100% be filing a claim. I would contact josh on twitter or find his email. I would not stop til it’s resolved because it’s open and shut case for you to be paid and have it resolved by stockX
This was the last thing they said before I filed
My claim with the BBB. This is terrible thing to say to a customer using their services. they basically washed their hands and putting it all up to UPS
