Bout that time to start planning another Vegas trip

Let me rephrase that. During the summer season I can go once a month. Last year from April-Sept I was there once a month. As far as being able to afford it, a lot of my friends end up going, so sometimes I'll stay with them. Sometimes I'll stay 5 star and other times I'll be bumming it at the Flamingo.how do you guys have that much money to burn going once a month?

The first thing, most major reason is comped rooms. I had a SICK hookup back in the day. Not saying that I go to Vegas once a month routinely, but there was a stretch of months back in 08-09 when I was in Vegas January-May.
I don't do clubs, so that's another way where I'm saving money. I like to gamble, but even then... i don't have to gamble TOO much to have fun. Just like the feeling of being in Vegas, drinking for cheap while playing. And when wifey/I are there together, we just grub.
We also like to explore off-strip. We love finding gems outside of LV Blvd...

Yeah, if you go there enough, you stop doing it "big" (so to speak). I know people who've been so many times they just relax at the pools, hit the tables, and that's it.. They'll go to a club once every few trips, maybe, just to do it. Personally, I don't gamble, so there isn't much in it for me other than clubs or chillin' by the pool.

Yup, Vegas is a once or twice a year thing for me. Not cause of the $ factor (we cram at least 8 people into suites anyway ), but I just get tired of the place after 2 days and don't feel like dealing with the hassle of booking flights/hotel rooms and trying to get everyone that's going on the same page (the people I go with are almost impossible to make plans with, so a successful Vegas trip is like a miracle to us )

Is there any food spots I should hit up while there? We were thinking maybe house of hash and bachi burger just cause we saw it on diners driveins and dives

Nah, but seriously. I don't know much about food in TI, but Mirage has a good burger joint, along with one of my favorite bars (Rhumbar). Venetian/Palazzo is across the street, and Wolfgang Puck has a few spots in there (CUT, Postrio). Wynn/Encore also has some of the best fine dining on the strip. You have plenty of options.

The food doesn't have to be in the hotel I don't mind traveling outside the strip.

Right. I was just mentioning things within easy walking distance. And there's no reason to go off strip for food, honestly. Unless you've been to Vegas enough and want something a little different.

Holstein's has the best burgers in Vegas IMO. It's in Cosmo.
Grand Lux at Venetian is pretty good and not too expensive

I love Holstein's, but didn't mention it because it's not worth the trek from TI alone. If you find yourself at Cosmo, then I highly suggest it.

I'm headed out to Vegas this wednesday for 5 days, funny how NT comes in handy when you need'em . Got a suite at the Mandalay for me and 2 of my boys, its the first time in Vegas for all of us. I'm still trying to follow up on some of the older posts people left behind but thats too many damn pages to go thru.
I'm out there for damn near a week so what're some must see/ things to do while out there. We're all 22-24 yrs old & lookin for that hangover vibe type **** & of course some dtf *****'s

There's a stand alone Hash House off strip on Sahara. they're also at the M Casino, Imperial Palace and a few others... REAL good stuff. Huge portions, typical pricing in the teens.
Off Flamingo going East of the Strip is a spot called Bahama Breeze. Nice little Caribbean type spot...
Memphis BBQ is a good spot off strip too. we've gone there multiple times
If you don't have this local joint around your area, you can try Raising Canes. Chicken fingers and fries.

I don't know how y'all can do Vegas for more than 3 days
But for us LA peeps it's a quick 4 hour drive and there's always random spontaneous trips w/o any planning. So since i go so much (8 times last year :x ), only a couple days a trip and I'm good. I'm sure if I only went once or twice a year I could handle more than 2-3 days of debauchery

I could handle a longer trip if it wasn't during the summer and we were gambling/watching sports instead of pool parties.
Usually on summer trips I sleep 0-4 hours total over 2 nights. Too old to keep that up for more than 2 days. So much fun though

I just got back from Vegas. It was pretty fun but after the 3rd day i already wanted to go home, Way too much smoking and drinking started at 9am-6am everyday.
I was so drunk on the last night, that I was in the casino smoking my TRIPPY stix and didn't see security behind me. They almost took me to jail but dude was cool and also a smoker

Bachi is good.....Also look up musashi....nice spot to go to late night. Sushi Goyemon good AYCE place.
