GOING TO VEGAS IN A WEEK VOL: Help me with my experience...

had a real good trip this past weekend. got a table with my boy n our girls friday at moon (we like hip hop and the view), went to planet hollywood for the fight saturday night and just gambled afterwards cause the city was mad packed. mornings were spent at the pools both days. can't wait to go back.

Group of 4 guys and a lot of other friends out there Thurs night - Tues night.
Havent decided if we're going out Thurs, but I would say atleast $150 would be spent on groceries (liquor mostly) and gambling even if we dont go out.
Friday- looking like Ditch Fridays will be anywhere from 50-100 to get in. MDC is already at 100 almost. Another 25-50 at the bar there. At night we're setting up a table either at Tao or 1oak, thats atleast $250+.
Saturday- already paid for Wet Republic, i'll spend atleast 40-50 spent at the bar. That night another table, another $250+.
Sunday- Rehab, I already have tix but everyone wants to do a daybed or cabana, another $300. We have tix for Childish Gambino/Nipsey Hustle that night but we'll probably do something after, let's just say another $100
Monday- Have no idea what we're doing but we're already at about $1,200 and thats without food, shopping or anything else.
I could pull it off but I'm gonna take a little extra and maybe not get a table on Friday, just try to do presale.

Planning a trip from June 30th - July 5th with my two cousins it'll be each of our first time in Vegas...How is Vegas typically during 4th of July week? what type of budget should we expect to spend each? Were not big gamblers just looking to party, drink, and eat and possibly get a table maybe two of the nights somewhere.

Vdara is more family oriented. No casino (so no smoking), and it's at City Center, so Aria is right there for gambling. Go in October for weather like that.

Booked my tickets for EDC and I'm about to stay in the Vdara as well. For those that have gone to fights before is it best to just wait it out and buy the tickets from a scalper or w/e or just buy the tickets now? I'm trying to watch Pac before his inevitable retirement within the next 2 years or so

I forgot to say this from my Vegas trip about a month ago...
I was playing craps during the day and had my backpack on full of beers...I would drink one and step away and pull out another...Pit boss called security and had me throw away all my beers because they don't allow outside beverages :/
Night before I was playing craps pretty late, prolly like 5 am...Different pit boss talked to me because I was saying god dammit and his dealer didn't like that...
Anyone have anything like that? I thought both were pretty weak, never had anything like that happen and I go every other month.

Whatever you plan on spending at the bar on those particular days, at least double it, if not triple.
Edit: I'm responding to this post, but the advice is more for anyone who plans on spending only "X" amount of dollars.

4th of July has holiday pricing attached to bottles/minimums. For the 3 of you, be prepared for minimums in the 1200 range at a tier 1 because of that weekend.

What casino? If you're playing craps why didn't you just get free beers from the cocktail waitress. I think it's pretty standard for any casino to ask you to not bring your own beer in.

Anyone in here watched fights in the MGM Grand? I'm debating on how much I should spend on Pac-Bradley. Since it seems like a smaller venue, will nosebleeds be really bad or it's actually alright? LMK, I'm gonna pull the trigger soon lol

Jackcolton.com is a pretty good site. They have lists of all of the hosts for each club, if you plan on going out a lot def look into contacting a host before you get out there. I've set up a couple of things already for MDW and got some pretty good deals. Just make sure you tip them and they'll take care of you, some will even help you with clubs they're not affiliated with.

Damn that dude doing the $1500 budget is buy bottle service every night so I can see why the preices added up. $1500 should be good for me since I aint ballin outta control. Got my tix for Rain on Saturday and about to drop the $120 for the Rehab party at Hard Rock. gonna be live.
