I second Pho 88, it's been my favourite pho store downtown before renovations. Now, it's really different from the typical pho experience, still, great food though for less than $10.

I'd also recommend either Salad King or Made in China which are both north of Yonge/Dundas. Made in China has 5.99 daily specials which includes a drink, but overall both would probably come up to around $10-15.

If you want korean food, my friends tell me that Joon's near Bathurst station is pretty good and cheap too. Again, around 10 dollars a person. Korean Grill House is also pretty good, but I've lost taste for all you can eat korean bbq a while ago. After 10:00pm it only costs $9.99 for each person so it's not bad.

But yeah, if a lot of people contribute, this thread would be really useful.

Yeah? I always look at King Noodles but I don't think that I'd be able to actually decide on what to eat. Anything you recommend?

Pho's:
Train Pho - dutty food, dutty waiters, dutty kitchen
Pho 88 - alot cleaner and thier pho is good, the rice plates with beef/chicken or beef/pork is dope too
PhoMyHung (keele street off the 401) - nice modern looking place, the pho is perfect there.
Pho Hung @ spadina just north of dundas - best pho downtown for a good price
