just cause there's "water" to cool it down doesn't mean it's filtering the smoke of its carcinogens. however, i do go once in a blue moon but i rather smoke something else.

water to cool it down? lol water is used for filtering. its not 100 cigs and hour either. it the same smoke volume as that but not the same content as cigs.Try smoking 100 cigs and then a hookah and tell me which is worse. It aint addictive either because i own one, used to smoke often but now im kinda over it.
