All I am going to say is.. I am sure the man didn't live up to some of his policies yet, but I am sure if he could have he would have us all sitting fine and dandy and debt free. The con is it is no longer acceptable to solve problems by digging the country deeper into debt. The reckless spending needs to stop. That iswhat is endangering this countrys future the most and it needs to be taken care of immediately.

We're on the same page, but IMO even 3rd parties have an agenda not in the best interest of the average or struggling American. I don't vote,what's the point when we have a two party system that collaborates to eliminate any other political platform? Might as well appreciate a president for hischaracteristics

I wouldn't say people hate Obama. I think it is more a long the lines of people disliking him. I think what makes most people bitter is the fact that manypeople actually believed the game he was spitting. The way he presented his ideals and plans to reform government inspired people to believe that they actuallywere getting their government back. In reality Obama hasn't been a reformer at all. He is politics as usual with the brown face. He has already struck outin most peoples minds with back to back bad legislation.

He has disappointed the hell out me because even though I didn't support him, I at least thought he would end the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan and end thebailout craze. Bottom line is Obama needs congress to check him the way congress checked Clinton and forced him to the center which culminated in Clintonhaving one of the more successful presidential terms in recent history.

If a there is a lesson that should be learned from this its that whenever you give either party dominant control of the government they $!@% up bad.

You're right, but at least he's not sending troops to the middle east to die. See Bush... @#%% Cheney's company racking up millions over there frommilitary conflict. No one complains that these presidents give millions of hard working american taxpayer's dollars to military "contractors."
