I always find it funny when peoples racist BS get called on the carpet and then they scurry like roaches to backtrack. Also, the whole kids being picked on may have been an issue 40 years ago, but nowdays you cant tell what half the people are just by looking at them. My girl is white/filipino, I went on a trip to Montana with her and her family, to meet the white side of the family (aunts, uncles, cousins, and grandparents) before the trip, her dad (he's white) pulled me aside and told me a couple things about Montana that he didn't think I knew. But once we got there, EVERYONE was super cool and accepting as far as the family went. Going out into the town and stores, we got a few looks here and there. Nothing even close to this video tho, that's sad.

not surprising here at all. i live in a small city and folks are still cold or naive. this year, during my visit with my father to the hospital, i've been asked if can i read english two times after i had a long long conversation with the hospital staff. the nurse and i got to know each other a little bit. she asked if i was in school, and i said yes. before my father and i were about to leave, the nurse gave us directions for treatment and discharge letters. she then asked me, "can you read english?" %@%. seriously?! how can i be in college if i can't read? i also told her that i've been in the states for 26 years! is it because i'm not white? lol. the other story is similar. these type of people have to get the F out of their world and go into a diverse city. sometimes, i wish i have the power to read people's mind. it's just unbelievable.

Mane I was at waffle house with my girl who happens to be white and I've never seen such intolerance in my life. All the white customers there were just eyeballing and whispering, especially this overweight couple sitting across from us. Finally when we was leaving and I was walking my girl to her car the same fat white dude and his tubby %$* wife get in their car next to us and I asked dude if I was in the way. This fat *#%@ mumbled "yeah obviously" I was about to go in on dude but I laughed it off since he didn't have the balls to say it loud. Being in the south ain't helping too much either but humans will be humans.
