I know the psychological effects of lack of sleep I'm mainly talking about how does it affect your appearance physically skin etc.

i wasnt getting proper sleep this summer, would literally party every night or every other night...

would get home at like 4 in the mornin, would get like 3 or 4 hours of sleep a night, started to get bags under my eyes, def. not a good look..they went awaytho once i got my actual sleep schedule back.

get your sleep boi!

Depends on the person
It affects the appearance of some worse than others

Yeah I'm only getting like 5 a night and I've noticed bags and dark circles and my skin color is dull now and not soo smooth and even anymore.

I think it starts to affect ur face
first, mainly in and around ur eyes.

The whole idea of humans sleeping
always intrigued me.

definitely takes a toll on your physical health

I partied mad hard this summer...i'd wake up with bags under my eyes....like you feel it in your bones too...

went to sleep at 7am,i woke up at 11..work at 12:20
I don't feel tired though,somehow.

Some sleep specialist told me that we would only need 4 hours of sleep if we taught our bodies how to do that from a young age. Problem is, parents wantingsome "me time" and putting their youngins to bed at 8 pm. I never really followed up on that. Maybe I should.

Sleep? What's that?

yep dark circles, body not developing, its more important for young people though....i mean once your out of college, the hustling starts anyway.

It cosmetically effects your face big time. Bags under your eyes, and just a poor attention span. Working 16 hours a day for the past couple years did not dome well.

-Memory Consolidation (study before you sleep so that the brain retains the info)
-Protein restoration aka beauty sleep

very needed...cause I tend to fall asleep anywhere. If I dont have my rest

you'll die from lack of sleep before you'll die from lack of water or food.
