I had "Pre-Workout" for the first time last night before working out. I took only 1 scoop for a whole glass of water. For the first thirty mins I was like "yoooo this is dope, I can conquer anything" and I ran an extra mile warming up. I was busting through my workouts, set after set. But then... An hour after taking it, I was done with my workout, but I still had energy so I started shootin' hoops. I tried to sit down, but my body couldn't sit still. I saw a friend in the gym and was STRAIGHT tweakin' like smokey in Friday. It was difficult talking to people. I couldn't think straight, man I felt weird. Please tell me I wasn't having a bad trip.
