Im looking to go into swimming a bit and try to get some muscles form it. What are some good exercises in swimming for abs, shoulders, and legs?

You'll see faster/better results if you lift weights. Cardio doesn't really build muscle.

Swimming is great for you
.... And I mean like actual swimming not doing cannon balls or playing Marco polo

swimming isn't*** going to build muscle mass. lift weights for that. swimming is great cardio though and will cut you up pretty nicely

Just do either P90X or sack up and go to the muscle farm if you want to add dat mass (pause).

do work son is right.

You cant just swim. You have to lift weights otherwise you are going to burn off all your muscle. You have to do cardio to burn the fat and lift weights to keep your muscle and you gotta have to diet right.

Eat the wrong food and youre not gonna get any results.
