What about us that can't go .5 size up (Size 13)? Should I go a full size to 14?

Those are exclusive to Stussy chapter accounts & DSM.
Insole is non-removable in mine. They are glued pretty securely onto the footbed.
I went with my usual Nike size and they fit fairly comfortably. Like UB tight, the neoprene takes care of the wrap around and the laces are redundant.

I'd size up instead of stick tts. even my friends with narrow feet prefer to size up at least 0.5

Possibly it means the Nike website in your country. As long as it’s NDC and not SNKRS, I’m good. I hate SNKRS with a passion.
