Immigration?

[h1]What is your opinion on immigration (legal and illegal)? Open up the borders? Close them off?[/h1]
This is for a survey in school, so the more answers I get, I can have a more realistic statistic.

They're taking our jobs.

But on the real, we sowed our own seed. Well, not me, but the white people who stole land from Mexico.

They are just as productive as the citizens here. Just as law abiding as well so I don't care if they stay or leave.

If they pay taxs, follow the laws and all that good $%%* put them on a working Visa. The ones who *+$* around and dont do $%%* can go be deported. Childrenborn here can stay but if their parents are deported then the children go with them but can come back when they hit 18.

Man should be free to live where he wants. Why do we need borders? The Earth belongs to all of us.

The reason people come here, and France/UK/Russia, is to attain economic wealth. Why do so few countries have so much of the world's wealth? Maybeif immigration was such a problem to them they would see to it to provide these poorer nations with some sort of infrastructure. But the reality is thatit's not a problem to the wealthy; it's the answer.

What jobs? Construction workers, Gardeners, Manual labor? are those the jobs you want to do?

Illegal immigrants aren't taking any of the good jobs, they're not professors, doctors, lawyers.

America is one of the few places that blue-collar jobs [mechanic,laborer, driver, etc] pay livable wages in. It's alot easier to find aplumber/construction worker/etc here that makes 50k a year than in Mexico or alot of other countries...So you could consider those good jobs.
