Is whole wheat bread/dough good to eat when cutting fat?

Just make sure it is real whole wheat and not enriched. It will be the first ingredient on the list if you didn't already know
 
what about the whole wheat 6 inch subs from subway? that with exercise is good?
 
when i cut, i try to eat as few carbs as possible. it hurts but i get used to it. if i do eat carbs, i try to make it whole wheat.

I LOST 12LBS IN 6WEEKS...I HAVE BEEN STICKING TO NOTHING BUT WHOLE WHEAT BUT NOW THEY SAID IF I WANNA GET RIPPED...CUT THE BREAD OUT COMPLETELY AND DONT EAT CARBS AFTER 7P
