maybe they shouldnt start him in games..put him in the second qtr or half...be like a closer like Papelbon, Rivera.

He's done in the sense he's not going to be elite anymore, not because of his skill but because of his health. He can still play, but his body just won't let him keep up.

exactly, no matter how talented you are, your health is what keeps you going, look at cwebb, penny hardaway, grant hill, allen iverson, tracy mcgrady, all were so very talented but injuries and age made these players either slow down or made them shadows of their former selves. yao is still very skilled, but not a superstar anymore. he just gets selected as an allstar every year because all the chinese pick him. and there is not really a other center in the west, unless you consider duncan or gasol as a center.
