I'm not sure if your serious. Have you ever had to arrive to a school at like 4 in the morning and stay there until like 9 at night cleaning? Have you ever mopped a floor or did mommy do it for you? These guys probably spend most of their days mopping someones vomit and cleaning someone's deuce, and then going to another place to clean? Get out of here. You dont know what hard work is.

Shouldn't be a problem, i don't see why the garbage $*% post is making it like dudes are cooking the books instead of simply getting paid for the work they do. They put in extra hours and do another person's job to make that. Got a problem with the pay see the city. It would be wild though leaving school one those nights in the bx and seeing homie in his jumpsuit pull out in a current year 7

I wouldn't say it's hard work, but I would agree it's strenuous hours and they gotta deal with all the nasty messes left behind..
It's kind of like garbage men in my books, dirty work that no one wants to do so the pay compensates it..

I consider it mind-numbing work in a not-so-desirable environment.. Days are long (although there is no real deadline for work) but the work itself isn't hard..
Hard work, I would consider any occupation Mexicans (or immigrants) have to do because no one wants to do it due to the pay (ie. dishwashers, construction, assembly lines, etc.)..
And I'm not Mexican (because this is NT and everyone likes to state it for extra reassurance)..
