Yes they do work but you won't really notice until 2 weeks after completing the program. Your honestly better off doing sqauts, deadlifts, and calf raiseswithout the jumpsoles to achieve the same results.

just do regular calf excersise and you'll get the same results. jump roles works also

They work but it would be less expensive to do squats, lunges, and calf raises. Work on your quick twitch musles with plyometric exercises too......

I didnt find them to work. But....they may work differently for different people.

I personally prefer just traditional calf raises...they seem to work for me really well

i have a pair of Jumpsoles and you wont really see much improvement unless u use them for like 5 years straight with them (exaggeration)
just do squats, lunges and regular leg exercises

They worked for me while I was in High School; increased my vert from 27" to 34". But it went downhill after i tore my meniscus 3x. The specialisttold me that the Jumpsoles may have played a part in damaging my tendons.

word

i might try it agian without the step ups and lunges, see what happens

It's one of those things. Do you have the time to use them in the gym and train with them? There is no quick fix to dunk it takes time and strength. Hitthe gym and hold off on the jumpsoles.

well right now i don't have enough time this summer to train with them cuz i have all kinds of weightlifting and training for highschool football but sinceim a WR i'm tryin to work on my jump, cuz i have good hands, but im in 9th grade and im 4 foot 11 so i gotta be able to jump
