bladder spasms.  imagine holding your piss to the MAX for days.  like to the point where it feels like it will explode.  the doctor told me it's worse than giving birth.  like i wasn't full on crying but i let a few tears go.  worst pain i've ever felt in my life.  they gave me morphine and it had no effect.
