Looks like @khrystihill only has 20 posts over the course of a < 1 month. Two were new threads "Legs & Sneakers" (Vol 1. and 2) and the other were replies to her threads and a few others. Interesting.
There were several other women on here that they ran off as well. it isn't some sort of accident either. There was this woman here they clowned calling her Jay Leno.

Would they talk to their mothers like that?

Not denying that. I was just documenting her post history. I didn't go through the threads to see how users react to her but I know NT so I believe everything that has been said about running her off.

There was this woman here they clowned calling her Jay Leno.

Shot in the dark...was that dj bana dj bana ?

The discussion should then turn to her getting what she wants, on her own. It should never go to, "Well, you are fat, and that is why you do not deserve a high value man."

The discussion should go in the direction of, so since there is not a man that can do for you what you wish, what are you willing to do, in order to attain what it is that you want? What are your skills? Is school an option? Talk to me about your social life, what can you change about yourself, in order for you to actualize your goals? Have you read Michelle Obama's book? Who are your influences?

It becomes a discussion, not a put down contest.

I dunno Fam.

Seems at least to me that coming from a place of logic and reason doesn't quite cut it with those that are under delusion.

Sorta like bringing a spoon to a knife fight.

Some of these women are way too far gone to think reading Michelle Obama's book is a viable solution to their delusion.

They dont want broke college student cigarette smoking Obama.

They want President Obama Fam.

I thought you were gonna say they were supporting White Supremacy by endorsing the narrative that Black men who aren't as successful as White men in a White mans world aren't ****

Black woman wants unobtanium in and from a Black man.

"The discussion should then turn to her getting what she wants, on her own."

I don't know her name. But I was surprised they went at here like that, because she was white. I know that they love white women around these parts as well, but not for the reason of empowerment.

I am speaking from experience. I have done the work, participated on public forums, in churches as well, on Black women and abuse. On the whole, Black people have never had therapy for what we've endured. We've turned to religion, and that only exacerbates the condition because those beliefs are not our birthright.
So Black women trying to fit into a white male supremacist society, are left to compete with White women, White men, and Black men. Intersectionality speaks to the competition between Black men and women, as we men do live with more privilege than they do.

So the sisters are raised in a system that tells them that they mean nothing, and then should not have expectations, other than to get lucky through some man who is kind enough to feel sorry for her. They do well, get degreed, and they are called uppity by men who are not as successful They stay home, wait, go to church, and they are called to prim and prissy. They free themselves sexually, and they are called freaks, hookers, loose women, and not trustworthy.

None of this is right, and the only people that can change this perception? Are Black women, those who'll stop giving a damn as to how anyone thinks about them.

I will be right there giving them a standing ovation when they do it.

Which is why all of this is funny. Everyone would get clowned if they posted themself. Go look back at the PYP threads. Hell, they were just laughing at nawty's interview. I think why cats are upset about Khrystihill is because they think that if she was still around they would be able to talk her up through the forum to see if they can link in person. Masking their true intentions with this fake outrage.

I think that once you listen to what abused women have to endure, that would change anyone’s tune. There is a study that shows a wild stat that 90 percent of Black women in this country, has suffered from some form of sexual and physical abuse by the time they turn 12.

Yep. ANd when you have a daughter you REALLY start to think about it.

It is amazing how many women have to deal with that man.

Yes.

Black women, the forgotten survivors of sexual assault
African American women are at disproportionate risk of sexual violence. Here’s how you can help.

  • For every black woman who reports rape, at least 15 black women do not report.
  • One in four black girls will be sexually abused before the age of 18.
  • One in five black women are survivors of rape.
  • Thirty-five percent of black women experienced some form of contact sexual violence during their lifetime.
  • Forty to sixty percent of black women report being subjected to coercive sexual contact by age 18.
  • Seventeen percent of black women experienced sexual violence other than rape by an intimate partner during their lifetime.

The Institute for Women’s Policy Research reports that:

  • More than 20 percent of black women are raped during their lifetimes — a higher share than among women overall.
  • Black women were two and a half times more likely to be murdered by men than their white counterparts. And, more than 9 in 10 black female victims knew their killers.
  • Black women also experience significantly higher rates of psychological abuse — including humiliation, insults, name-calling and coercive control — than do women over all.

If Samuels were truly about helping Black women do their thing, he needs to address this first, instead of asking them how much they may weigh.

No.

But I am aware of the discussion had on this topic, one in particular that I was a part of, up at Abyssinian Baptist Church, where they had several weeks of Black women scholars speaking on this topic a few years ago. They also held a Black men and depression forum there as well, one that was not christian identified.

I am open, what is it that you speak of?
