What is the best sign that they are? The jumpman Jordan tag on the left shoe is a little misaligned. Slightly under 3rd spacing.

price tag not sticking to the box, the box is embossed, 23 on the shoe is printed correctly with correct spacing, the shoe has the right shape, etc. 

what you mentioned is just manufacturer bad craftsmanship. no shoes are perfect.
