I like Jeremy Lamb over Beal. He's got long arms that can play some 3 and can guard the bigger 2s. Good ball handling skills too. He needs to bulk up though.

I'd be surprised if we actually pick at #7. My feeling is a trade will happen on way or another.
I'd love Beal but he's not falling to 7. Barnes is a scary pick but so is just about everyone at this spot

I'm GM for y'all team in the Mock Draft and got offered this trade
Jack + Ariza + Aminu +#10 for #7 +#30 + Wright + Jefferson + Tyler
rI personally don't see much of a difference between the 7th and 10th and I hate Richard Jefferson and think Ariza would be a huge uprgrade there so I'm leaning toward taking it. Plus Jared Jack would be a great PG to pair with Steph.
Thoughts?

I would do that trade in a heart beat if I was GSW. Getting rid of Jefferson & Wright and only moving 3 places back?

Anyone of those players except Granger. After watching him in the playoffs against the Heat...He went to a new level of being a baby.

Rush > Batum, IMO. He defended well, got boards and shot the 3 extremely well last season. Let the man start over D. Wright.

I'm on a vacation to Texas with my family...we went to OKC-Spurs game 5...
A few impressions:
1) AT&T Center is >>>> Oracle in terms of facilities. Much better parking, much better facilities, and the view from the upper section is really nice.
2) Spurs are fun to watch in person. You see it on TV but in person you really can see how unselfish they are in moving it around.
3) Durant is unstoppable.
4) I felt the Spurs should have fed Stephen Jackson a few more 3's down the stretch. He was hitting a few key ones.
Overall, I had a great time, it was definitely fun to visit another NBA arena besides Oracle. Very nice atmosphere too...but there's no question to me that Warrior fans are more rowdy.

Here is my dream draft day scenario......(and honestly think it is fairly realistic too)
-Trade our #7 pick back to around the #10-12 range.
-Trade Curry and whatever assets we acquired in the first trade for the #2-5 pick (whatever pick would get us MKG....hes been slipping from 2 in a lot of recent mocks)
-Trade our #30 pick + Dorrel Wright for Kyle Lowry.
-Draft Austin Rivers with the #10-12 pick that we traded back for.
I know a lot of things would have to go right, but this isnt completely unrealistic.
The team we currently (+ the #7 and #30 pick) has the upside of 7th seed at best. If we make these moves that I proposed, and that the players develop to what they are projected to, we could actually be a contending team in a few years.
Worth a shot right? Thoughts guys?

Wouldn't be surprised. After driving past Piers 30-32 several times, i keep on feeling that its way too small to fit the whole stadium + multiple parking lots + required venues.

As a Warriors fan, I want no parts of Rudy Gay (Unless Memphis is willing to take back bad contracts). He'll help you get to a 6/7 seed, but won't lead you to anything of significance.

Annual question: Which shoes are you guys hooping in? I use the Kobe 6, but I need something that has more cushion for landing. I'm considering the LBJ 9 lows...Anybody try them out before?
