yeah that's cool in theory but if you're worried about thieves you should get a car alarm with a tracking option.

with portable gps and cellphones gps satellite recpetion isn't always reliable.

Thing is alarms can be disabled and it's an obvious thing to disable. This right here will stop working until you disconnect the battery. Good solution nonetheless.

My gf has lojack on her 3 Series.

They contacted her 2 hrs after her car was towed.

The only positive to having it, is it lowers your insurance rate.



If someone steals my car, I dont want them to find it anyway.

car alarms have back up batteries and the car won't start via the kill switch.
