Hood-rats all over the city are going to rejoice that they're no longer restricted to just becoming HS security guards. (The ones at my school were the worst)

But how you let the +#$*%!$ out on your job though... come on man. Don't they have radios? Why is she barking on her cell phone?

Then she starts hood-ratting it up to the other meter maid... my dude wanted no parts in this mess.

I always wondered if they have a quota to maintain or if they get a certain % or the people they catch slipping.  Otherwise, what would be the motivation to write people up?
