-Terrorizing black communities for decades. Like real hardcore terrorism
-Overt White Supremacy Laws
-Decades long resistance on civil rights
-Red lining
-The war on drugs
-Tough on crime bill and the mass incarceration that follows
-Turn towards "small government" policies when blacks finally got equal participation
-The other furtive White Supremacy Laws passed after Civil Rights
-Actively keeping black schools crappy
-Painting the first black president we have as an extremist an not a true America, by way of a white nationalist movement
-And actively trying to disenfranchise black people along the way. With even more tactics coming after we finally get a black president
-Making the black community the poster kid for violence and "welfare leeches". When whites beat black in both areas
-Fight tooth and nail against any program that disproportionately helps the working poor because that would mean it disproportionally helps the the black community. Like the ACA

Middle age white men are the architects, implementers, and defenders of white supremacy though.
I'm in no way I saying all of them are, but that demographic more than any other has probably cause the most harm to the black community
So, should be able to see why their is hostility towards them

I'm wondering if this spike is due to the wars we have been fighting since 9/11. When I think of people without college education, I think military. Not just going over seas and dying but coming home and having ptsd, suffering from alcoholism, depression, and committing suicide. But for the white population to have an alarming spike, and no other ethnicity having a similar spike, seems pretty odd.
