I've been anxiously awaiting his Spring debut as well... he's currently nursing some lower back issues, but he should be back any day now. Can't wait to see if he's gone with 2K4 cleats, one of the newer cleat models, or one of his custom cleated sneakers.

Here are some old school stuff Deion Sanders used to wear. I know they're not 2008 cleats, but I'm hoping Nike will get an idea that there are so manyDOPE older model cleats that need to be retroed! I didn't add any of the regular Nike or Mizuno cleats he wore w/ the Yankees and Braves. And yes, I evenadded a pair of his regular clippers he wore w/ the Giants.

Ican't help it, that style is so classic!!!

Function wise I'm betting Ichiro has the best cleats in the league. Crazy R&D go into his cleats. Furthermore, he demands that his alreadyfeather-light cleat be even lighter with each passing year. ....plus they look good.

This reminds of a game I went too last season. They asked fans to spell Johjima. When a person got it wrong they would flash to Kenji and heshake his head and say "NOOOOOO"! They asked a Japanese guy he got it right.

I was just thinking about Deion Sanders and what his cleats were like. I'm a huge fan of his DT Max that just retroed and even those DT 4's. I thinkthey looked really sharp in the cleated version, especially those DT 4's. Deion was doing thaaaaaangs.
