Lifestyle changes might need to be made.

But, THAT happens to us all at some point man. It is what it is but I would suggest getting as much assistance from the food you consume as much as possible. Eat like you have permanent ED.

Think you gotta just lay off the pron and self play. And get good sleep. That should solve 90% of it. Overthinking it and eating all sorts of foods is a tough task and a big lifestyle change.

That said - for those that are / have been in serious relationships (7+ years) how often are you getting down in a week/month.

I’m on that washed 1x a week to 1x every 2 weeks schedule. My girl is great in most ways and great to look at but she lacks that crazy gene and doesn’t really initiate. And i don’t get the energy to be trying all that hard to initiate more than once or twice a week.

We don’t even have kids yet so a little concerned about the laziness we’re putting into this the past few years. This isn’t really a change she’s never been a more than 1x a week type of girl except for the first 6 months.

Anyone reverse this and increase the frequency with a long term partner?

Could be wrong but think food will definitely help but it’s more of a cherry on top approach versus getting sleep and getting the mind rewired to find excitement from touch of a woman versus blue screen of a phone

Not trying to argue but I think you are underestimating the importance of what you are physically placing in your body and thus affecting your mood/blood-flow.

All things need to be considered heavily. Food is fuel. ( "Literally" )
