honestly that was the Nas LP that showed me that he would prolly always disappoint to sum degree, I remember the anticipation for it being pretty large with the Central Park concert & he's was still the Nas w/ a chip on his shoulder but that album fell short IMO. It did make me think that moar Nas/Amerie collabs when they were label mates would have been dope along with Nas/Maxwell collabs too. Nas could have (should have?) done an entire album with either and whatever resulted would have prolly been really good. The possibility is still there obviously but it would have been better when they were all still relatively young people on the same lousy record label.I Might have to bump up streets deciple. Gave it a few listens and it's better than what I remembered.
