Another shot of the GP XX's, cut strap... looks good, JB should have dropped a XX low with same upper as mids minus strap.

Some are most are not. A PE is a player exclusive. Not a shoe available in stores. So a pair of Ray Allen XIII sold at HOH is NOT a PE.
