This weeks pick ups. 2003/06 Blue Toe Questions for $85 shipped and ES22's for $35 from a local pick up.

Would anyone know when these Questions were released? I couldn't find too much info online. SKU# is 4-90933. I heard about the 10th anniversary "Rookie of the Year" pairs that dropped around 2006 but I also heard there was a prior release back in 2003. Another question too. The person that designed the Questions, did he also design the ES22's also? They look vary similar.
