nowhere near as dope as the converse rodman's.

I want to like this shoe but have not seen a picture/angle that makes them look favorable to me. I can see a lot of kids in elementary and middle school wearing these, but for me, the design just looks weird in a not-so-good way.

These joints are a "go" for me if that zoom is double-stacked. I like the silhouette. What you all call "cheap" just seems miminal to me.

It's not just "called cheap." Just look at the upper. It's a single synthetic mesh upper with zero design. That IS cheap.

That "cheap" mesh is a lot more durable than these knit sneakers and that plastic leather Nike throws on shoes.

Most knitted sneakers are backed by another layer underneath or woven together which gives it durability. It's not like people are out there playing in basketball sneakers that are like Flyknit Racers or Trainers. But that's besides the point. The original point was that you said people called these "CHEAP", but that's because they are considered "CHEAP" relative to other basketball sneakers out.
