So wild to see this model returning with such little news. Looks like there were some early articles in July documenting the anniversary but since this shoe always seems to fly under the radar, little hype to an otherwise classic model.

I still have my black/red pair. The leather they used on those are awful. Aside from that and the no zoom air, pretty solid retro.

The taxi “carbon fiber” looks awkward against the gold accents on the current black/white/gold retro. They wanted XII vibes but should have tried a little bit

A touch of red might have worked. Sometimes changes can be enhancements rather than detractors.

I had the ogs when I was a kid. Copped when they dropped back in 09. Barely wore them. We had a mouse in our house. I caught it and killed it. Months later I was moving kicks out the house and I open the box and the shoe paper is shreaded. I lift it up and its dead mice babies

If thes don't have Zoom PASS FAST... I was so excited when I got the 2017 versions... most uncomfortable shoe I've ever worn in my life. No Exatwrations I had blisters, sores, and just plain soreness. So dissapointed...

The OGs had the most noticeable zoom I felt during that era…totally awesome. OG XI lows came in 2nd to them.

it's not the true blk/royal. actually listed as light concord...haha. suede qtr panel, white junkman and gold eyelet? easy pass...and yes, solid outsole instead of translucent blue. if they're not going to retro correctly, please don't at all!

Was able to snag the last size 9.5 this afternoon. I know the quality will be trash but I’m stoked either way. Hopeful that they’ll begin to pop up in others stores soon. Really wanted a size 10.
