There’s nothing unique or collectible about that box. If your gonna wear em Just check your weave, check the bubbles and toss the box. You can’t wear it and it just adds clutter.

I can't speak for Vapormaxes but AM90's I'm a uk7.5 and women's I need a uk9.5 and they run slightly narrower.
