its the nike sleeves. all the guys that wear them had to remove the swoosh though since Phiten is now the official compression sleeve of MLB.

its mostly based on arm length. most people are good with the s/m one unless youre like super big and jacked and tall. im 6'2'' 180 and the s/m works fine

The nike seems to be a one size fits all type thing. I think the small/medium would fit just about anyone to be honest.
