ahhhh the Wimbledon PEs are real nice sinnerp. Maybe If I hit the lottery Ill spring for those.. and heel in toe, That at1 x 360 model is all soo perfect.
TECHNOLOGICAL TALK, be warned.
As I was talking to sinnerp, the 360 outsole is a running outsole. From the design of the outsole, to the pattern, it has nothing going for it in a trainer sense. It's dangerous blending the two and still calling/categorizing it as a trainer. Even with a strap for lock down stability, you are running a big risk if you actually cross train in these for sports like racquetball, tennis, basketball.
In the CASUAL sense, These are just like the maxim trainers.. Casual use would be ideal. But who's spending $200 bucks on casual shoes? in the RUNNING sense, you are essentially paying $200 bucks for a air max 2009 model that retails for $135. For running, its the perfect blend as you can have a classic upper. but theres really no training backing on these imo.
in closing, runners and casual dudes, buy these up with the 360 outsole. For the gym dudes who need an everything shoe, I would go with the lockdown strap on a diamondflex mid, ie truly going back to the 1987 version.
