Pete's cafe in Millbrae and Heidi's Pies in San Mateo on El Camino right off the 92. both are open 24 hours. they serve burgers, breakfast, sandwiches, etc etc....Denny's type of food but 100x better.

and Akagi's in San Bruno has got to be the worst Japanese food. Fish is not fresh. Only thing good about them is they're cheap.

Toppings in DC for Filipino food, java rice is good as hell.
Thai BBQ in the same spot, couple stores down from each other. best BBQ anything from all the Thai places I've eaten.

forgot the place it's called but it's all the way down on Gellert.

SF heads, what you know about Dry Fried Chicken at San Tung (Chinese with some Korean stuff). Stuff is mad good, everytime I'm in SF I go there.
 
yo forgot about the dumplings, those things are good too! Havent have the beef stew, I'm gonna try that the next time I'm in SF. Damn I'm missin the Bay, I'm down in LA for school right now...
 
CLsmooth71 is speaking the truth. Man there dried fried chicken and their shrimp and vegetable dumplings are crack. Always busy tho. haha i always hit that place up cus i have family that lives one block off restaurant.

I just had Barney's for the first time in Berkeley and it was pretty bomb. I need to go back and try their other stuff......



Oh...and if you happen to see the Gaurdian newspaper around SF, pick it up cause they have the whole wrap on "best of" foods in the Bay Area from Indian, Asian, burgers, noodles, best view, cheap, expensive.....good read.

great wall chinese resturant( best chinese in town)
LA victoria ( best burritos arround IMO and best thing open at 3AM)
the counter ( pretty good burgers a tad pricey.... but then again its on santana row)
LA villa deli ( good italian food... known for there raviolis)

all you Kinder's fans. Just letting you know that my uncle just opened up a kinders in fremont off of auto mall in pacific commons. Its on the other side of costco in the same complex as Jo-Ann fabrics off of Boscell
