NT how long have you had your laptop/desktop?

MacBook Pro since August. My first Mac, and I would never get a PC again.

My rooms comp is a compaq presario...had it for about 10 years...bought it 2 days before 9/11

I just did a factory restore on it and it's still running. I dont use my rooms comp for more than listening to music or saving photos.

Looking to buy a small laptop soon.

6 years with my Gateway Desktop I bought from Best Buy

I upgraded the RAM, have my stereo speakers hooked up, External HD, installed Ubuntu, and other than sometimes being loud as hell, it runs well enough for me. I'd love to get a new one, but no need so long as mine is working.

I've had my netbook for about 2 years as well

my compaq DT is about 10 years old just got it back today after a reformat...lost sooo much stuff but it had to be done. runs pretty well now

I hate Lion too, it's some $!#$ . My router at home will lose signal and the only way to fix is to restart it. Also my battery life went from 8 hours to like 3-4 after installing Lion (known issue on the Apple Forums).

4-5 years with my laptop. Thing's practically dead, so I planned to cop a 2011 11" MacBook Air. Copped a gaming PC instead. Got that for almost 2 months now.

Just bought a 27-inch iMac desktop yesterday. So different from a PC and I am still stuggling to learn how to use it

 Overall it is awesome and it is so hard to resist the 2560x1440 video resolution on it!
