So for you guys that do fasted cardio is there a drop off in energy while your running?
What do you guys do about those people who don't stay to the right on the trail? Personally I just look at them and lower my head and they get it that I'm not moving so they move.
I only run into low energy when I run more than five miles. But that's mainly because my cardio and endurance isn't what it used to be. Man, I ran 10 miles about a month and a half ago. When I hit 7 miles, my body shut down. But you could carry one of those gels if that's the case.
I don't run into the trail issue. Most of the people I run into will be courteous.
