They're spreading it out this time. I think about 50 people per hour throughout day. Mine was from 8am-9am but I have a friend who's window is 11am-12pm. And another friend who's window is from 2pm-3pm.

I'm not sure about that. There will probably be a lot of unclaimed pair since pick up was on a workday.

I can understand that, but Wish is known for doing FCFS and I suppose they are tired of having 50 plus unclaimed pairs on their raffles. They had so many off whites today it was unbelievable.
