Im living in Queens... So far out of the companies I can think of that are located in my area are Time Warner, Verizon Fios, RCN...

I was looking into Fios, but I dont think I can get it cause it requires you to get a home phone which I dont want...

Time warner used to be good, but they have been a nightmare. Slow speeds during the day, broken connections randomly, modems dying after a year, etc etc. Amonth ago I've had it with their shenanigans so we switched to FIOS Internet, TV, and phone. Saves us money and speeds are fast, plus channel selectiion isgreat (we didnt have cable tv

). So if FIOS is in your area, I would definitely go for it.
