All this crap with the ACLU to protect this piece of scum Anwar al-Aulaqi who had emails that tied him directly to killer of the Fort Hood massacre. Dude made contact with 9/11 hijackers and counseled the xmas day underwear bomber but OH NOOO lets not kill him, let's endanger FBI agents, military special forces and spend countless amounts of US treasury to do everything we can to capture him so that he can have a fair trial.

doobie youre a +%*#$++ idiot. pure and simple. i dont care if ANYONE is in danger! the constitution takes precedent over the individual, those individuals you listed should be more concerned about protecting the rights of the citizens and NOT some threat, that THE DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY assigns as a global terror. if its so cut and dry TRY HIM IN COURT! whats so +%*#$++ hard about that?
if you have a problem with someone and you kill them in the street, do you get to go home like nothing happened? can you say i was defending myself cuz i heard that he wanted to rob me, so its ok to kill him in the street 2 states away? see how far you get ...
its NOT about awlaki ... its about the govt exceeding its powers, to kill americans without due process. if hes a terrorist then bring him over and prove it, it shouldnt be that hard, esp if they are willing to IGNORE the bill of rights!

its in the constitution to be able to dissent the govt. thats how the country got its foundation, by dissenting the oppressive king of GB. why do i have to teach history here?
