I agree with yzarc. Even if they gonna find dude guilty they still have to "go through the motions".

thats all im saying ... like how many more ppl are in danger if you bring him in instead of killing him ... he cant do %%*! in fed custody anyway. all i know is i would want due process no matter what i was accused of...
